The machine can not start:

1 turn on the power, turn on the power switch and check the fuse.

3 turn on the air pressure, keep about 6 kilograms.

5 check the touch screen and PLC communication line is loose.
Two: no material:

1 check the air pressure, check the touch screen maintenance mode.

2 material mouth is closed, check circuit.

3 feeding.

4 check the air pressure, check whether the injection cylinder and cylinder is dead, check the touch screen maintenance mode screen mouth is closed, check circuit.
Three: filling dose is not allowed:

1 check feed system.

2 filter and clean the material.

3 replace the pneumatic valve seal, air leakage, replace the pneumatic valve.

4 clean the solenoid valve, replace the solenoid valve.

5 fire blasts and replacing Fire Blast cleaning.

6 adjust the valve to reduce the impact force, increase the depth.

7 replace the O ring.

8 adjust the magnetic switch of injection cylinder.
Four: leakage:

1 a feeding mouth, replacement feeding mouth sealing pad.

2 replace the material pipe.

3 clean the pneumatic valve, replace the pneumatic valve gasket.

4 replace the injection cylinder sealing ring.
